Burn some calories while watching TV

This is another article from O Oprah's magazine and I love this idea. Instead of going to the fridge, (you really shouldn't be eating after 8pm) do some exercises like the above photo. You could also add squats, sit ups, let lifts, etc......... Have a stability ball in your TV area and play around on that while watching TV. I know at least one of my clients does this with her daughter!
