Sunday Suppers at Lucques by Suzanne Coin

My dear friend Nancy Geaney made me the most memorable meal I have had in a long time.
It was a pasta, parpadelle, with shallots, assortment of mushrooms, garlic, parsley, toasted breadcrumbs,fresh baby spinach and of course, parmesan cheese. It was outstanding. I highly recommend this book.
I think one of the most important ingredients is of course the pasta and what kind you buy. Nancy bought hers at Traders Joe's.....
The recipes are easy to follow and just so delicious.
