So, as you can see, I am a Chef, so I do know what I am talking about regarding food and cooking. Cooking is one of my passions, but I enjoy "clean cooking", which means not alot of fats and oils.
When I cook, I use EVOO and hardly any butter. To finish a sauce, I use a yogurt butter which gives plenty of flavour and gives the sauce a nice texture.
Using fresh ingredients is the key to a delicious meal.
