Well, when I left NYC in the early 90's, I needed to figure out what to do beside modeling. I was living at home, raising my son, George.

My Mom was always a great cook and I loved to cook, so obvious answer, cooking school.

I enrolled in Newbury College for the two year adult program. Every Saturday, 10 hours a day for two years! I did it and graduated #1 from my class.

From there, I went to a catering company and became the Pastry Chef for Bianco's catering....won 4 awards for best dessert.

By the way, I would train people in the morning, go to cook and then train again..........I was tired!
