Just came from Renee's hour and a half, power yoga session in Waltham. Amazing class! I was feeling so flexible when I went to class but by the time I finished, I felt fantastic, stretched and toned.
My drink of choice for any workout I do is:
32oz of filtered water (don't use any bottled water, "save the planet"), juice and contents of one lemon, 1 or 2 Tablespoons of Grade B Maple Syrup (whole foods) and a dash of cayenne pepper. The cayenne makes your blood flow, the lemon is a cleanser and maple syrup gives you some good carbs to get through your workout......Namaste and Peace
