Quick, easy and satifsfying Greek salad!

Came home from a late day swim at Walden Pond and was hungry but didn't want something too heavy.
My version of a Greek salad:
1 whole cucumber, peeled, sliced down the middle, cut into thirds and then medium diced, 3 large scallions, sliced, Roma Grape tomatoes, around 14, sliced in half, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup of feta cheese, juice of 1/2 lemon, and a few T. of EVOO, Himalayan Pink salt and pepper. You can add Kalamata olives as well, just didn't have them in the house. You are good to go! Delicious, light and healthy.....
