This is a painting by my swimming partner and coach at one time, Judge Michael Jones. We used to swim quite a bit a the local YMCA. He is an excellent coach and got me prepared for many a triathlon! I have done over 100 triathlons for the past 18 years and now am retired. My knee and ankle are very much injured so, I swim and do yoga now...not to worry.
