I have been travelling in the car this week and not exercising as much as I would like. I highly suggest to eat very lightly when you are more sedentary than ususal. You are not expending a lot of energy and therefore not burning as many calories as usual. I have been eating a ton of watermelon (thanks to Jack!) and drinking water...Eating light meals when you get where you are going..
When you are in your 40's and 50's, you don't need a lot of food, please remember that......Off to NYC again!
