Water so beautiful and so good for you!

I am always drawn towards water. Love to swim in it, love to stare at it and love to hear waves crashing on the beach....it is so soothing.
It is so good for you as well and please remember to drink at least 8 glasses a day. If you are dieting, have 16 oz. before a meal and I can promise you will not eat half as much!
