Quench your cravings with water!

Most of the time, when you are hungry, you are thirsty. Thirst and hunger both originate in the hypothalmus and are sometimes hard to differentiate from one another.
I take a liter container, add the juice of one lemon, dash a cayenne, and 2t. of Grade B maple syrup, lots of ice, filtered water and you have a refreshing drink for the day.
