My client, the one armed, conference call workout!

I went to train my client, BAC the other day and she had a conference call at the same time.
So, I had to get creative. We did all one armed exercises combined with lunges, squats and walking actually worked. We managed to do a full body workout while she was on a conference call!
She is off to Italy for two weeks and the one thing I asked her to bring is her exercise band. You can do a whole workout with this one piece of equipment. I have posted exercises previously on my blog.
