Traveling and eating

I have been going back and forth to NYC all for very good reasons and trying to eat healthily, of course.
So, we have found that "Fresh City" is a good choice when you need a lunch or dinner. Susan and I go for the Greek salsd wrap, on whole wheat, light on dressing and light on feta chees. We split one wrap because they are huge and you are good to go!
Also, a good tip is bring the 100 calorie almond packs in your car, so you don't get too hungry and eat junk.
I have to say, they are giving us better choices at rest stops these days!

It is about time!
