Love my yoga!

I do yoga almost everyday. It is soothing, physical and relieves all my stress. I can be on my mat and just "BE" and not worry or think about anything but the "asana" or pose.
Today, I went to Yoga Power Studio in Waltham, MA. Renee LeBlanc taught the class and she is amazing. I will be going on a retreat with her this fall to Arizona and I can't wait. If anyone is interested, check out her website:
